This product is ethylene - tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, white powder appearance, larger particles, after melting to form a transparent coating, suitable for thick coating processing molding parts. The material has strong tear resistance, high tensile strength, medium hardness, excellent impact resistance and long telescopic life. ETFE also has a low dielectric constant, high insulation strength, high resistivity, low dissipation factor, its low dielectric constant, in the case of frequency and temperature changes basically constant. ETFE temperature range is more practical, constant temperature is usually set at -65°C to +150°C, in the ultra-low temperature is still very hard, its embrittlement temperature as low as -100°C, the coating use temperature up to 200℃, the normal use temperature can reach 150℃, Widely used in heavy anti-corrosion chemical valves, pipes, agitator, special-shaped parts, reaction kettle, silo and other accessories and equipment. It has little influence on the physical properties of most chemical substances and low permeability to common gas and water gas.

The products are packed with double layer polyethylene, 10KG in each bag, 2 bags in one case.

Matters needing attention

1. The product in use, should wear labor protection products.

2. Unsealed unused products must be strictly sealed and prevented from being contaminated.

3. The product should be stored away from ignition and heat source, and kept ventilated, cool and dry.

4. In the process of transportation, attention should be paid to sun protection and moistureproof, handling to avoid impact caused by packaging damage.

5. The waste generated by the use of the product shall be collected and disposed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
