Production process

Step 1: Our designer will make a printing draft for you as per your requirements

Step 2: Make some printing moulds and decoration moulds

Step 3: Printing colors and patterns on raw materials

Step 4: Cutting the material as per the size

Step 5: Molds setting up on cap making machine

Step 6: Cap making and packaging

Application method

PVC Shrink Top must be shrunk onto the bottle with heat.

You can use a heat shrink machine, heat gun, high wattage blow dryer, or boiling water to shrink them.

1.Q: What is your sample policy? 

A: If we have the existing samples, the customer just need to pay the shipping freight, the samples are free; If the customer want the new customized samples, we will charge the sample cost, because we need to make printing molds and there are some other production costs.

2.Q:Are you trading company or manufacturer?

A:We are a factory. 

3.Q:How can you ensure the quality?

A:We have QC department to control the quality from the begining of production until goods finish.
