Product Details

Copper Rod Breakdown Machine is used for drawing copper rod to 1.2-3.5mm wire, followed by winding at drop coiler and dual-spool take-up.It is a tandem type drawing machine with all the drawing capstans aligned in a row. The 12 drawing capstans are driven by the same motor while the last capstan is driven by another independent motor. In this way, the outlet diameter can be changed easily without stringing up the machine again.The main body of Copper Rod Breakdown Machine is made of casting iron which processed by tempering treatment. This process technology made the machine body rigid and realized vibration reduction.
